Brian is an avid guitarist and has long held interest in electronic music. He holds a degree in Music from the University of Georgia with a concentration in Guitar. While in school Brian studied electronic music and recording technologies as well as performance. He's spent times on both sides of the studio controls as a performer and as an engineer and knows how to get the best from every recording.  In 2006 Brian and Mike met up after Mike moved back to Athens and the idea for dreamLab Recording was born.

Mike has long been involved in music in different facets. He began in elementary school as a violinist and his interests quickly expanded to various instruments from strings to brass to percussion. Playing in various concert, jazz and rock bands throughout high school and college, Mike's interests in the industry grew and production also became an interest. In 2000 Mike graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in music with a concentration in tuba. After graduation he moved to Atlanta and spent time playing in various bands as well as working in private studios and learning various recording techniqes. Mike also does sound engineering for the University of Georgia Peforming Arts Center. Mike also spends as much time as he can playing upright and electric bass.
